材料和方法
儀器和試劑:Metrohm Herisau E350B-pH計(瑞士)。魯米諾 (Luminol,Serva) 用pH 10.3、0.05 mol/L 碳酸鹽緩沖液配制成5×10-2 mol/L儲備液放置3天后再以pH 8.2、0.1 mol/L 碳酸氫鈉-氫氧化鈉緩沖液稀釋備用。
